1. According to the needs of production and operation, the deposits of stainless steel reactor should be cleaned regularly, and different articles should be stored in accordance with the regulations for tank cleaning. Isolation measures must be taken for pipeline and electrical connection before tank cleaning. 2. Before tank cleaning, specific and feasible cleaning schemes should be worked out according to the variety, type and quantity of stainless steel reactor storage, and according to the safety requirements of tank cleaning, in order to prevent poisoning and explosion accidents.

3. When the tank is ready to be cleaned, all flammable gases and flammable, explosive and toxic gases should be discharged. When flammable, explosive and toxic liquids are emptied, inert gases are also used to clean them.

4. Hand-held tools for cleaning stainless steel reactor for flammable, explosive and toxic hazardous chemicals should be spark-free safety tools and cotton cleaning tools.

7. Residues and wastewater from stainless steel reactor cleaning of flammable, explosive and toxic hazardous chemicals shall be treated in accordance with waste cleaning regulations.

8. During the cleaning operation of stainless steel reactor for flammable, explosive and toxic hazardous chemicals, the safety person in charge shall supervise the cleaning operation process on the spot.

9. After cleaning the stainless steel reactor for flammable, explosive and toxic hazardous chemicals, the safety person in charge shall immediately inspect all components and return to normal condition.

10. When cleaning poisonous cans, operators should have the knowledge to operate the corresponding poisonous products. Operators should wear gloves and gas protective devices.

11. When the stainless steel reactor is emptied, water should be repeatedly injected to exhaust the remaining material in the tank as far as possible.

12. In mechanical ventilation, the electrician is responsible for installing temporary fans for mechanical ventilation.

13. The flammable gas detection is carried out according to the operating rules. When the explosive gas concentration exceeds the lower limit of the explosive concentration, the operator is prohibited from entering the tank.

14. Before the tank cleaning operation, the safety personnel shall conduct on-site inspection of the tank cleaning equipment, carry out safety education for the tank cleaning workers, and, after implementing the guardian and safety precautions, handle the "Operation Permit for Entering the Restricted Space". Operators and guardians shall dress and wear protective articles according to regulations.

15. During the operation of stainless steel cleaning reactor, if the operation conditions change abnormally, the operation must be stopped immediately.

16. Safety guardians should strengthen on-site safety inspection and find violations. Guardians should withdraw the "Operation Permit to Enter Restricted Space" and stop operation.

17. After the completion of the operation, the person in charge and the guardian of the tank cleaning shall do a good job in site safety inspection, checking personnel and tools, timely recovery of fire fighting equipment, timely removal of temporary electricity.
